Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Delivery

We deliver across India through reliable courier and delivery partners. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, weekends, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹3,000.

Chocolate & Temperature

As our products are made with real chocolate, they may be sensitive to high temperatures during transit. In warm weather, slight softening or surface changes may occur. This does not necessarily affect the quality or safety of the chocolate.

We take appropriate care in packaging our products, but temperature conditions during transit are beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond reasonable condition, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photographs/videos of:

• The outer packaging

• The shipping label

• The damaged product

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
